Nestled in the Logan City historic downtown at 72 East Center Street, NWL Architects designed an infill 3,000-square-foot, two-story office building for a small professional services firm. The building includes a large open two-story lobby, meeting spaces, reception, naturally lit office, and client rooms, all on a tight 0.18-acre site. The exterior utilizes brick detailing from nearby historic buildings to provide a cohesive look to the historic area.  With the site directly across from the historic Logan Tabernacle, large windows were utilized to capture views of the open green space as well as take advantage of the north light into the lobby and offices of the two-story lobby.
