Ibapah is a remote community in the southwest corner of Utah, located in Tooele County and accessible by traveling through Nevada before returning to Utah. The new Ibapah Elementary School, serving kindergarten through sixth grade, replaces the previous facility to better accommodate its student body of approximately 21 children. The 9,600-square-foot school was constructed adjacent to the existing building, allowing classes to continue uninterrupted during the construction process. Following the completion of the new facility, the original school building was carefully demolished, marking a new chapter in educational opportunities for this rural community.
