The Box Elder County Mosquito Abatement District Facility features a 12,750-square-foot main building that includes offices, a laboratory, showers, a conference room, and a mezzanine. Additionally, it houses four pull-through bays, a vehicle maintenance bay with a hydraulic lift, and a wash bay, along with space for truck storage. On the site, there is also a separate 30’ x 60’ building designated for hazardous material (pesticide) storage. Constructed of CMU with a single-ply membrane roof, the facility boasts a special feature: a two-level koi pond water feature at the main entry area.
