Karina graduated from Ensign College, SLC in 2011. She also studied Management for 4 years in her hometown Yekaterinburg, Russia. Karina has been with the firm since 2012, and during her time with NWLA she has worked on over 15 Temple projects while also being involved in many different types of the firm’s ventures. As Department’s Design Director, she possesses strong leadership skills, guiding her team to deliver high quality results in a set timeframe.

In her spare time Karina enjoys to cook, paint, and enjoy time with her 2 kids.
