Licensed Architect

Responsibilities​

• Contribute as a designer on projects developing conceptual design, presentations and construction documents
• Guides and directs project teams to manage the development of design throughout the entire design and construction documents process
• Participates in design efforts and client presentations to develop and support client relationships
• Develop creative design concepts for projects and also work to implement designs by others
• Participate in the development of graphic presentations, 3D rendering and construction documentation to convey design intent
• Delivery of complete project design presentations to client user groups or others
• Coordinates with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other to meet overall project objectives. Responsible for the management of project details with consulting design or engineering firms
• Works with respective teams to manage client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
• Conduct product research and make materials and systems evaluation to make proper selections
• Collaborate in team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues and coordination with other disciplines
• Manages conflict effectively and encourages a healthy team environment
• Assist in delivering a project within the defined budget requirements and maintaining accountability to project plan

Qualifications​

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Typically, 3-5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit. Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as 3D modeling (including Sketchup, 3D Studio MAX) and AutoCAD preferred. Experience with Photoshop, and other graphic software preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of architectural building systems, applicable codes and regulations
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
